"THIS IS WRONG!!! THESE ARE PEOPLE WERE TALKING ABOUT!!!"
"WE DONT CARE, BESIDES, WHATS SO BAD ABOUT SLAVES!?"
"EVERYTHING!!!!"
You sat in the corner and watched your siblings fight while trying to hide yourself. You were the state of Texas, one of the southern slave States, right now, america along with the northern states were confronting the South States.

"Texas?"
"Hm...?"
"We're asking you a question."
"W-what...?"
"You're not on their side, are you?"

You looked into america's worried eyes and teared up.
"I-I'm sorry... My boss wanted me to become one of the southern slave States, I never wanted this to happen, I-"
"I don't want to hear it."
You looked into his eyes to see a tint of anger and betrayal. He looked back at the states and glared.
"Southern states... I, America and the northern states, declare war on you."
He walked out, followed by his younger, northern siblings while the southern states went a different way, leaving you alone...



The civil war was over. Finally over. You watched as the people once known as slaves, go to the northern parts.

For many years, you kept yourself isolated from the states, including America. You use to be so close to America until the war and ever since then, you never called him or even go face to face with him.

The only person you still went to see was New Mexico, your quiet yet badass friend/sibling. You and New Mexico had always stuck together yet you still tried to do thing yourself.

Your body had shrank a little after the war but soon got back into shape. You were very anti-social due to almost always staying in your house.
Your friend, New Mexico, decided that it was time for you to meet America and the others once again...

"I-I can't do this..."

New Mexico put his hand on your back and gave you a smile that said "of coarse you can!"

The two of you finally arrived at the door and you breathed in rapidly. New Mexico looked at you and nodded, saying "ready?"

"Ready..."

The two of you opened the door with one push.

"YOUR HERO WELCOMES NEW MEXICO AND-"
The familiar Man looked at you in surprise and finally spoke.

"...Texas?"

You looked down, thinking that America didn't want to see you and turned away.

"I-I'm sorry if you don't want to see me and..."

Suddenly, two huge arms rapped around you into a tight hug. You turned your body to see America hide his face into your neck. You were confused at first but than felt droplets on your chest.
"A-are you crying?"
He snuffled in reply and tightened his grip. You only hugged him back gently and close your eyes while petting his head.

"Welcome back, (y/n)..."
